Camp Wattle Grove - Booking Details

Deposit

• Full deposit is 50% of estimated total fees.

• Minimum payment of $350.00 upon booking is required, with the remainder of the deposit due 1 month before the event.

• A non-refundable amount of $150 is included in this to cover camp expenses.

• The remaining $200.00 of the initial booking deposit will be credited when account is finalized, but may be forfeited in case of cancellation or used to cover any unforeseen damages or expenses. To avoid surcharges, full payment needs to be received within 7 days after the event.
   

Refund Policy

• Cancellation 6 months before event attracts full refund less 10%.

• Cancellation 2 - 6 months before event incurs forfeiture of deposit.

• Cancellation less than 2 months before event could attract extra charges. If alternative bookings can be attracted for cancelled dates, other arrangements can be negotiated.

Please Note

• Breakages and loss of our equipment will be charged to hirer.

• Unless otherwise arranged or stated, all rates are for a 24 hour period.

• Campers must have cleaned and vacated by 3pm on day of departure.

• Areas used are to be cleaned by campers during camp and left as found please.

• Campers are required to arrange ablution cleaning during camps, as well as washing, drying and dining room clean up rosters.

• A charge of approx $2.00 p/p can be arranged with prior notice for dish washing.

• Kitchen cleaning is caters responsibility.   

• We recommend that you inspect the facilities before you apply.

• NO pencilled bookings are taken, receipt of deposit secures booking.

• Animals are not allowed on campsite.

• Charges are subject to change without notice
